Fresh eggs are gathered daily from the poultry cages on the farms and transported to the processing unit the following morning using our exclusively maintained trucks. The quality control personnel inspect the eggs for microbial quality, cleanliness, shell integrity, and yolk index before they are approved for use.
Once the eggs pass quality checks, they are received at the processing unit where they are sorted by size after discarding any cracked, broken, or spotted eggs. The graded eggs are then cleaned with an approved food-grade disinfectant solution, dried, optionally coated with oil based on the buyer’s preference, and inkjet printed with production or expiry dates for India. These eggs are then packed into cartons and loaded into a refrigerated container at +2 degrees Celsius.
The eggs are processed and packed within three days of production to maintain their freshness throughout their lifecycle, thereby fulfilling our mission of delivering products to our customers with “Freshness and Healthiness.”
