Fresh Eggs are collected every day in its farms from the poultry cages and brought to the processing unit the next morning by own trucks maintained exclusively. The eggs are checked for its microbial quality, cleanliness, shell quality and yolk index by the quality control personals and then permitted for usage.

The quality approved eggs are received into the processing unit and graded for specific sizes after removal of cracks,broken and spotted eggs.The graded eggs are cleaned with approved food grade disinfectant solution,dried,oil coated (upon buyer’s chioce) and inkjet printed forproduction/ expiry dates or Inida. These eggs are packed into the catons and stuffed into the refeer container at +2 degree celcius.

The eggs are processed and stuffed within 3 days from the date of its production inorder to mainatin the freshness of eggs throughout its lifecycle, therby ensuring the acomblishment of our mission of delivering products to our food products to our customers with “Fresh and Healthiness”.
